Sukhavi LLC processes and ships orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and external factors beyond our control.

Sukhavi currently ships primarily within the United States.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sukhavi is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact support@sukhavi.com within 7 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wellness, herbal, plant-based, and consumable products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns or refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The incorrect item was shipped

If eligible, customers must contact support@sukhavi.com within 7 days of delivery with order details and supporting information.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
